Vanilla Blueberry Protein Shake

Ingredients 1 serving

  • 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (I like MALK)
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Zen Basil Seeds
  • ¾ blueberries (can be fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (21 grams I like Flavcity Vanilla Cream)
  • 1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
