Vanilla Blueberry Protein Shake
Ingredients 1 serving
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (I like MALK)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Zen Basil Seeds
- ¾ blueberries (can be fresh or frozen)
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (21 grams I like Flavcity Vanilla Cream)
- 1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter (optional)

- Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
